These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Allure Dental Arts website at alluredentalarts.com ("the site"). By browsing the site, submitting a form, or booking an appointment through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. They do not replace the treatment consent forms, financial policy, or HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices you receive as a patient of the practice.

Not medical advice

The information on this site is general dental health education. It is not medical or dental advice, it does not create a dentist–patient relationship, and it should not be relied on to diagnose or treat a condition.

Always seek the advice of a qualified dentist or physician with any questions about a dental or medical condition. Never disregard professional advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read here.

Appointment requests and online booking

Requests submitted through this site are requests, not confirmed appointments. An appointment is confirmed only when our team confirms it with you directly.

Online scheduling is provided through a third-party platform. Your use of that platform is also subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control.

Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to reschedule or cancel, so we can offer the time to another patient.

Do not send health information through this site

Web forms and email are not secure channels for protected health information (PHI). Please do not include details about your medical conditions, diagnoses, treatments, medications, or insurance claims in any form or email. For anything specific to your care, call us.
